He saw this before anyone could have imagined but he was still 17 so he found it a bit difficult to get a license as a broker but he managed to solicit sellers which are willing to list their homes and he turned this over to the addresses of brokers.
But his genius is not limited to selling and promoting products. He has an innate intelligence and admiration towards science. He competed with thousands in an annual energy competition where he presented his program about the molecular fusion. This was immediately noticed by IBM, Intel Inc., and Crown Zellerbech. This is where he got a bigger prize for his hard work. He sold them their software about educational systems and was soon making more money than his average schoolmate.
These successes did not satisfy Eric Schiffer. He eyed a new project to fulfill and conquer. He took the Sportsmed Rehabilitation Clinic located in Fremont, CA and applied the latest managerial systems to this company. He downsized the operation and created new management divisions which amazingly allowed the company to rise and earn huge profit in a matter of 18 months. It is now the nation’s largest single site sports rehabilitation center which has attracted known celebrities, including George Foreman, Kristi Yamaguchi and John Goodman.
The road to riches of Eric Schiffer is not that easy. He still has many achievements, projects and dreams waiting to be fulfilled but amidst this all he still values a balanced lifestyle.
